Please click on the link below and register your farm on the provided form.
Even if you do not produce fruits and/or vegetables for schools at this time, you can still provide a very valuable service by hosting school field trips or being an Illinois "visiting farmer" for school children. This can be done by filling out the section on Agritourism and specifying school field trips. We encourage you to register!
