Making the Farm to School grants a permanent program: For the purposes of this section and section 4723 of this title, the secretary may provide funds to one or more technical assistance providers to provide farm to school education and teacher trainings to more school districts and to assist the secretary and commissioner of education to carry out farmer and food service worker trainings.
