Amends Kentucky Law to require state agencies to purchase Kentucky-grown agricultural products if the vendor can meet quality and pricing requirements. The bill requires state agencies that purchase Kentucky-grown agricultural products to submit an annual report to the Legislative Research Commission and the Department of Agriculture describing the amount of products purchased.
