National Farm to School Network has completed the strategic mapping process for the 2020-2025 strategic plan. NFSN is moving into the next phase of the strategic planning process and seeks to hire a Strategic Plan Consultant who has experience in Systems Thinking and values the centering of racial equity, to help guide the formation of "lever teams," implementation, and facilitation thereafter. Among the key responsibilities, the Strategic Plan Consultant hired will advise on an equitable nomination and selection process for the lever teams as well as facilitate the formation of these self-organized teams. The anticipated contract duration is June 2022 through December 2022, however, can be flexible depending on the final Scope of Work.
Description | To express interest, email Trisha@farmtoschool.org and schedule an exploratory meeting no later than Monday, April 25, 2022 at 11:59pm ET. Please include consultant resumes and any pre-existing materials about your consulting firm such as links to online content. There is no need to create new materials for the exploratory discussion.
This announcement has been updated from its original RFP version posted March 30, which included a more rigorous application process. It was brought to NFSN's attention that proposal requirements for consultants are inequitable and an undue burden, and the search process has been adjusted accordingly.
