The Conference Assistant will support the planning and implementation of the 10th National Farm to Cafeteria Conference and its affiliated events (i.e. board meeting, field trips, intensives, reception) held from June 2-6, 2025 in Albuquerque, NM. The National Farm to Cafeteria Conference (NF2CC) is a biennial event that convenes a diverse group of attendees from across the farm to cafeteria movement who are working to source local food for institutional cafeterias–fostering a culture of food and agricultural literacy across America.

The Conference Assistant will work closely with NFSN staff and consultants, providing administrative support for conference planning, event coordination, and project management. This is a temporary position with additional consideration given to candidates based in Albuquerque, NM and the surrounding area. Anticipated start and end dates are November 2024 through July 2025. The Conference Assistant will report directly to the Operations and Events Manager and work approximately 15 hours per week.
